About the event
Foine Art will supply clay and materials. In this gentle introduction to pottery, each participant will receive three differently shaped pieces of leather hard clay. Foine Art will cut the Alligator, Louisiana, & Crawfish shapes that participants will glaze. Foine Art will guide the participants to glaze different Louisiana themed scenes on each shape. Each participant will initial the back of their shapes. Foine Art will collect everyone’s creations and fire them. Once fired, Foine Art will turn your ceramic shapes into magnets. Participants can pick up their completed magnets from Gilla in 2+ weeks.
Foine Art works with a community kiln at the moment. We apologize for any possible delays in firing. ❤️🔥
